Process

Commissions are first come first serve. If you need your commission done by a deadline make sure you put in the details of the application and I will let you know if I can complete it on time.
I reserve the right to reject a commission inquiry for any reason.
Once I approve your request I will send a Paypal invoice to your email. I will only begin working once at least 50% payment is received. If you chose to pay 50% upfront, you will have to pay the other 50% before receiving the finished piece.
It may take a while for the invoice to be sent, as I do not like accepting payment if I know that I will not be starting right away.
I will send you the sketch of the commission before continuing to make sure you are satisfied with the work. You may request a couple of modifications to the finished product within 24 hours of it being sent.

by commissioning me, the client has read and agreed to all my listed terms. violation of these terms will result in blacklisting and cancellation.

Credit must be given visibly when presenting commissioned works. You may link directly to my twitter in an easily accessible spot along with the artwork.
You may NOT use commissioned work for NFT purposes of any kind. If you are caught minting my artwork as an NFT, using my artwork in the promotion of NFTs, or selling my artwork for any kind of cryptocurrency, this will land you on an immediate blacklist. Legal action WILL be taken. This also includes AI art.
You may NOT use my artwork to promote discriminatory topics or hate speech of any kind. Usage of my artwork for such things will result in immediate blacklisting and termination of commission use.
There will be no refunds. If you feel like you may need the money for other reasons, please don't commission me.
